This photograph was taken at Lomanagh near Coolea (Cuil Aodha) on the Cork/Kerry border.
Coolea is a Gaeltacht area in west Cork renowned for its strong cultural tradition, especially music and song. Seán Ó Riada moved to Coolea in 1964 where he was to establish a music group called Cór Chúil Aodha.
